Group retirement plan

After six months on our team, we’ll contribute 5.25% of your salary to a group retirement plan, increasing to 10.5% after one year! Your own contribution is optional.

Vacation & personal days

We all need time to unwind and focus on our personal lives.

At Gulf & Fraser, all eligible employees enjoy a minimum of three weeks’ paid vacation. After your first year, you’ll get another day off for every year of service, up to a maximum of 30. Plus, after 10 years (and every five years following), you’ll get one extra week of vacation as our way of saying thanks for your hard work.

We also recognize how important work/life balance is, so we offer “Personal Days” – paid time off to deal with illness, appointments, and more. Employees bank one Personal Day per month. At the end of the year, if you have over 10 days left, it’ll either be paid out at 50% or you can use a portion towards volunteer time!
