Get ready. Service limitations June 15-19.

The upcoming service limitations are part of our work to bring GFCU Savings into the Gulf & Fraser family and to ensure all members can enjoy our products and services.

To deliver these enhancements, there will be temporary service limitations from 7pm, Friday, June 16 to 7am, Monday, June 19. Interac e-Transfers will not be available, among other limitations. Note: service limitations will start earlier for our GFCU Savings members. Learn more.

Our Member Hub will be open on Saturday and Sunday, June 17-18 to support you through these changes. You can call, email or video chat with us, but please note our ability to perform transactions will be limited.

Tips for getting ready

We recommend you take these steps so you’re ready for the weekend of June 17-18:

Download your checklist
Take out extra cash before June 15
Check your credit card balance so you have that as a backup payment method
Complete any bill payments before 7pm, June 16. Any scheduled payments will be processed on Monday, June 19.
Complete any Interac e-Transfers before 7pm, June 16 or send them after the weekend
