Credit card changes — what you need to know

In order to bring our four credit unions together, our credit card line will unify into one: Collabria Mastercard.

Aldergrove Financial members will keep their existing Collabria Mastercard. If you are a current cardholder, download your checklist to get prepared. 

New card, new look, same great benefits! 


The Collabria Mastercard is here! G&F Financial Group cardholders received their new Mastercard in the mail in October. VP Financial and Mount Lehman Financial cardholders will receive their cards in early November.

2022 Gulf & Fraser Collabria credit card reward points activation promotion

This promotion applies to select new approved and funded Gulf & Fraser Mastercard® personal and business credit card accounts only. From September 29 to November 30, 2022, cardholders will be awarded with reward points after their new eligible credit card has been activated, based on the reward structure as follows:

Low Rate Business Mastercard

Cash Back Mastercard, Classic Mastercard, US Dollar Mastercard, and No Fee Cash Back Business Mastercard are not eligible for this offer.

Deactivation of previous cards

Previous credit card accounts will be deactivated on the following dates:

  • Gulf & Fraser Financial Group - Oct. 29
  • VP Financial - Nov. 14
  • Mount Lehman Financial - Nov. 23

Important note for Aldergrove Financial cardholders

No action is required for current Aldergrove Financial cardholders. You can continue to use your credit card until it expires, at which point you’ll receive your new credit card with the Gulf & Fraser brand.

Smooth and easy transition

To ensure a smooth and easy transition to Mastercard, cardholders received a mailed letter outlining instructions, next steps and important reminders. You can also follow this checklist to get prepared.

Balances, card limits and reward points, if applicable, will transfer from your previous account to your new Mastercard.

Important cardholder reminders 

Continue to use your current credit card until you receive your new Mastercard in the mail — there’s no need to reapply.

Download your old statements and activate your new Mastercard soon!

  • Download your old statements, these show you all credit card transactions you have made each month. Once your new card is activated and you enroll it on the MyCardInfo website, you won’t be able to access your previous card’s statements anymore.
  • Follow the instructions outlined in the letter you received from Collabria
  • Set up and login through:
    • MyCardInfo or
    • Contact Collabria 24/7 Cardholder Service at 1-855-341-4643
  • Your existing PIN will transfer over to your new Mastercard
  • Update information for preauthorized payments — like Netflix, Amazon, and insurance — once you’ve activated your new card
  • Enroll your new Mastercard in MyCardInfo to manage your account online 24/7 and to sign up for e-statements — visit https://gulfandfraser.mycardinfo.com/Enroll.aspx
  • To help you during this transition, your previous card will remain active for 30 days.

Did you receive another credit card in the mail?

If you did, please destroy it. Continue to use your existing card until you receive your new Gulf & Fraser Mastercard.

Don't forget! Download your Collabria Checklist of change to get prepared for your new card.

  • Business account pay structures will transfer over to your new Mastercard account
  • A new control account will be generated. This will need to be updated when making a payment to the new credit card
  • Currents Account Business Representatives (ABRs) will be transferred over to the new credit card
  • If the business is set up as a Consolidated Pay, a new MyCardInfo login will need to be set-up for the new credit card.
  • Contact Collabria Cardholder Services at 1-855-341-4643 to set up and get your new control account number.
  • A new control account will be generated and communicated to all ABRs on the account for a payment to be applied correctly to the new credit card
