Save time and money when you're processing payroll.

Businesses with several employees may need a solution that manages their employees’ time as well as their payroll. This often involves staying on top of extensive legislation and paperwork.

ADP can provide payroll services for small (1-49 employees), mid-sized (50-999 employees), and large (1,000+ employees) companies.

You will also receive assistance from ADP should you need to communicate with the Canada Revenue Agency. ADP will work directly with the agency on behalf of your business.

You provide the hours your employees worked, ADP will take care of the rest. Finally, an affordable solution that allows you to focus on your core business, not administration.

Get insurance coverage for your business and have peace of mind in the event that something happens to you or your partner.

Key person insurance

Key person insurance provides assurances to business creditors and employees that the business will continue even if a key person passes away. The life insurance proceeds provide immediate cash to cover the business’s working capital needs and to find and train a suitable replacement for the key person who passed away.

Our Insurance Planner can also help you plan your future—and the future of your business—by giving you succession planning strategies which can protect the business owners and equity in the event of a death.

Business loan protection

A life insurance policy purchased for business loan protection can help a business negotiate loans and repay business debts with tax-free life insurance proceeds when a business owner or another key executive dies. It can also prevent a business owner or their estate from becoming liable for the business debts if the owner passes away.

Buy/sell funding

Ensuring there is a plan for the eventual transfer of the business interest will help owners realize the full value for the business interest and it will also help the business and the remaining owners survive the transition. This succession plan is typically done through a buy-sell agreement.

Life insurance is an efficient way to fund the obligation that results from a buy/sell agreement when a shareholder or partner passes away. There are numerous possible ways to structure a buyout on death and life insurance funding plays an important role in ensuring the buyout occurs.

Funding capital gains

When an individual who owns shares in a corporation, a partnership interest, or business asset will be deemed to have disposed of these properties at death, life insurance is an effective way to fund the tax liability that will arise with the disposition of these assets.
