GFCU Savings online banking changes

Your banking is changing. Get ready.

Effective June 19, GFCU Savings members now have access to a new digital experience for mobile app, online banking, and small business online banking. You’ll need your new Member Number which we mailed to you. These resources will walk you through the steps:

How to login to online banking starting June 19

Effective June 19, when you go to gfcu.com you will be automatically re-directed to a new GFCU Savings area on the Gulf & Fraser website. Learn how the gfcu.com website has changed.

From there, you'll choose LOGIN TO > ONLINE BANKING on the drop-down menu at the top-right of your screen. Once you click on ONLINE BANKING, you’ll be taken to gulfandfraser.com/sign-in where you can login to Gulf & Fraser online banking.

You’ll need your new Member Number to login to Gulf & Fraser online banking. You should have received your new Member Number in the mail in early June, give us a call if you have not. You'll use your existing GFCU Savings Personal Access Code to login.

New online banking features for GFCU Savings

Starting June 19, you can look forward to these features in Gulf & Fraser online banking – new for GFCU Savings members:

  • Interac Online payments
  • Mobile wallet – add your debit card to your device’s mobile wallet (e.g., Apple Pay) to make payments
  • Account Create (set up deposit accounts through digital banking, no need to go into a branch)
  • Self-serve PAC resets with 2-step verification – change your PAC on your own, when it suits you
  • eDocuments – view electronic versions of documents like tax slips and applications
